Accountant (Nis)
Basic tasks:
- Managing the entry and exit of goods (receipts, delivery notes), recording all changes in inventory, monitoring the condition of goods by quantity and value
- Processing of documentation, creation of outgoing invoices, control and posting of supplier and customer invoices
- Reconciliation of commodity and financial accounting
- Cooperation with warehouse and sales
- Creating inventory reports
- Monitoring of goods traffic
- Deviation analysis
- Posting of production (operational accounting) class 9
- Posting, balancing and reconciliation of accounts
Other tasks:
- Work on the E-Invoice and E-shipment portals
- Creation of collective and individual VAT records in the safe, preparation of VAT returns and VAT calculation
- Preparation of various tax returns and administration of key accounting documents
Required qualifications:
- University education in economics
- Advanced knowledge of MS office package
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum B1)
- Experience working in the Pantheon program is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs for at least 3 years
Quality control specialist - plastic injection molding (Nis)
Position description:
The quality control specialist plays a key role in ensuring a stable and compliant production process of plastic housings for electronic assemblies. He is responsible for quality control through all stages of production - from the incoming material control, through the injection molding process and post-process, to the final inspection of the product. The position entails active participation in the identification and analysis of the causes of defects, as well as the implementation of corrective and preventive measures in order to reduce scrap and improve the process. The quality control specialist works closely with production, technology, with a focus on continuous improvement of quality, process stability and customer satisfaction. Candidates are expected to have a high level of independence in their work, the ability to make decisions based on data. Also, the role includes applying quality standards and methodologies (eg 8D, FMEA, SPC), as well as working with technical documentation and tolerances (GD&T).
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of incoming materials, processes and finished products
- Visual and dimensional control of plastic parts (scratches, deformations, color, tolerances)
- Tool approval
- First product approval
- Work with measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, depth gauges...)
- Analysis of complaints, causes of errors and definition of corrective and preventive measures
- Participation in FMEA, 8D, CAPA and other problem solving methods
- Cooperation with production and technology
- Maintaining and updating documentation related to quality (control plans, records, reports)
Requirements:
- SSS/VSS of technical direction (mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control (injection molding)
- Knowledge of the plastic injection molding process
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of DIN 16742/ISO 20457 standards
- Experience in working with technical documentation and drawings
- Independence, responsibility and analytical approach
- Willingness for teamwork and communication with different sectors
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PPAP
- Working on CNC measuring instruments is an advantage
