akYtec’s production facility in Niš is a modern industrial site established in 2023. Today, it is equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment that enables the full production cycle.
The production areas cover more than 6,500 m². The technological infrastructure supports all key stages—from toolmaking and plastic component manufacturing, through SMD assembly and device assembly, to final testing and quality control.
Modern manufacturing infrastructure and quality control
Our in-house tool shop has been set up with modern metalworking equipment. A plastic injection molding unit has been launched, along with a department for producing printing dies and components for coil windings. Printed circuit board production has been automated, and surface-mount (SMD) lines have been implemented, enabling placement of a wide range of standard and non-standard SMD components.
Strict compliance with technological standards is ensured at every stage of production. Products are tested for metrological characteristics, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), mechanical strength, vibration resistance, and compliance with climatic requirements.
The factory meets high standards for production conditions, with a strong focus on environmental protection and workplace safety.
